I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The location was great, right in the heart of the old city, making it convenient to explore everything on foot. However, the room, although clean upon arrival, was poorly ventilated and had no mini-refrigerator, and it was quite noisy being located directly above a restaurant.

I felt like I was exploring Lucerne while relaxing in the heart of the old town. The hotel's location is truly amazing, surrounded by nearby restaurants and shops.
