I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The location was great, right in the heart of the old city, making it convenient to explore everything on foot. However, the room, although clean upon arrival, was poorly ventilated and had no mini-refrigerator, and it was quite noisy being located directly above a restaurant.

The hotel's location in the old town area was brilliant, putting me within walking distance of all the attractions. There was a minor inconvenience with check-in at a different hotel within the chain, about 200 yards away, but overall, the location was fantastic.

I felt like I was exploring Lucerne while relaxing in the heart of the old town. The hotel's location is truly amazing, surrounded by nearby restaurants and shops. However, the dining experience left much to be desired due to a rude hostess and high prices. The rooms, despite their lack of artwork, offered a cozy retreat even in extreme weather conditions.
